I offer sliding scale starting at $75 on an as-needed basis and can provide a superbill for out-of-network services. Please contact me for more information.

At your first appointment, I will take a detailed history called a biopsychosocial assessment. This is a 90 minute appointment to get a snapshot all about you, including mental health history, family history, social history, and everything in between. We will discuss therapy goals and create your treatment plan together during this time.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing experiences that may feel "stuck." Rather than reliving the past, EMDR helps reduce the emotional intensity of painful memories so they no longer have the same impact on your daily life. It can be effective for trauma, anxiety, chronic illness and pain, grief, and other experiences that continue to affect your well-being.
